Breakfast gives us the opportunity to fuel our body after a good night sleep, it gives us the energy needed to get well prepared for one day’s challenge. Having breakfast at regular time and quantity helps promote gut health, improve work efficiency, regulate your mood, improve memory and promote metabolism at the same time1.

Supplement protein at breakfast is better than consuming high-fat and high-carbohydrate breakfast as it helps boost our energy, prevent fatigue and drowsy. It also helps us feel full for longer.
