With the wholehearted support of his wife, Joanna, he decided to quit his stable job and embarked on his Amway journey. While some may view the market size of Macau as limited, the couple seized the opportunity in the health and wellbeing industry. Through their relentless efforts, they created their own success story in Macau and brought honor to their family. 1. Share one of your unforgettable experiences during your Amway business journey.

Looking back to the time when my wife was pregnant with our third kid, I was working hard to achieve the goal of becoming a Diamond. I once considered putting this goal aside to focus on caring for her and preparing for our new arrival. However, Joanna encouraged me to stick with my plan and offer her unwavering support. With her backing, I summoned my courage to immerse myself in the Amway business. She stood by me during tough times, and together we built our family and business. This experience not only highlighted our love and support for each other, but also became a treasured life story of mine. Amway has given me the opportunity to realize my dreams. Despite the ups and downs in life, if we maintain our faith and set clear goals, we can overcome challenges and achieve the extraordinary.

2. How do you maintain your initial passion and motivation throughout your journey in developing your Amway business?

My approach to pursuing dreams is straightforward: once I set a goal, I go for it wholeheartedly and refuse to give up. I strive to impress my parents and prove my worth. The challenges I encounter are minor compared to those in traditional business. From the day I joined Amway, my enthusiasm and faith in the Amway business have never wavered. Looking back, I consistently attended Amway rallies, team meetings or seminars, always giving my best. To stay motivated, I often listen to recordings of various speakers, memorizing and reciting their key insights and absorbing their positive energy. I share these lessons with my team to inspire them to keep moving forward. Learning from various leaders reinforces the values of Amway and drives me to progress.

3. How do you enhance your nutritional knowledge, and how do you use this knowledge to help your partners to promote healthy living?

In developing my Amway business, I understand that the health and wellbeing market is a dominant trend for the future. Therefore, accumulating and updating my nutritional knowledge is crucial. My personal experience serves as the best evidence that I could claim myself an expert in improving health. Thirty years ago, I was often ill, prompting me to seek ways to enhance my wellbeing. When I discovered Amway, I regained my health through Nutrilite’s products. This experience enriched my understanding of nutrition, prompting me to participate in different nutrition-related training courses and read over 600 nutrition books. Today, I apply what I have learned with my first-hand experience as a patient, to teach my team relevant nutritional concepts illustrating them with everyday examples.  By helping each other establish a healthy lifestyle, we can effectively promote the health and wellbeing business.

4. What are your aspirations for helping others and giving back to the community?

Helping others and giving back to the community reflects a strong sense of mission and a commitment to serving people. As a firefighter, my duty was to save lives and rescue people from danger. Through my Amway business, I strive to inspire others by sharing my transformation and guiding them to Amway where dreams can be realized. Amway has also provided me with more opportunities to contribute to the community. Thanks to the financial freedom I have gained from developing my Amway business, I can participate in various charitable activities, providing tangible support to those in need. My aspiration is to continue dedicating myself to the Amway business, using my achievements to motivate those around me. By doing so, I hope to help more people benefit from this opportunity and work together to build a better community.
