Amway Hong Kong has selected the Mediterranean Cruise for Leadership Seminar of PF2022/2023 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Amway Hong Kong in the Mediterranean Sea. We will take you to enjoy the pleasant scenery and lay a more solid foundation for the business, setting longer-term goals and moving towards the A70 of Amway global!

Extra Travel Points

A.Earn extra travel points by new sponsored Distributors’ BV OR building Bronze Foundation Incentive / Bronze Builder Incentive groups

In PF2022/2023, a maximum of 15,000 extra travel points for 1 to 3 attendances; a maximum of 10,000 extra travel points for 4 to 6 attendances.

(1)Sponsor new Distributors to join between September 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023. Amway Hong Kong will provide additional travel points to eligible Distributors based on the personal BV generated by the new Distributors in PF2022/2023. Each new Distributor can generate 1 additional travel point for every 5BV, and up to 2,500 extra travel points for his/her upline Distributor.

(2)Any successful development of Bronze Foundation Incentive groups or Bronze Builder Incentive groups from September 2022 to August 2023 will generate extra 1,000 travel points to the first qualified Silver Producer and up Distributor. The maximum extra travel point that can be generated from each personally or foster sponsored Bronze Foundation Incentive group or Bronze Builder Incentive group is 1,000 per month.

B.Setting a cap of 210,000 travel points for 7 attendances or above

Qualifications:

1. Qualified Emerald Bonus Recipients of PF2022/2023; or

2. Qualified Platinum Distributors who attain the following travel points in PF2022/2023:

Calculation Method for Regular Travel Points

Notes:

1. The travel points only count the BV in HKD or MOP generated in Hong Kong/Macau market.
2. Eligible qualifier must be a qualified Platinum Distributor in PF2022/2023.
3. Those who qualify for new Platinum Distributor with cross-performance year performance must attain at least six qualified Silver Producer months within PF2022/2023 (September 2022 to August 2023).
4. Emerald Bonus Recipient refers to Distributor who personally or foster sponsors three groups or above and each of them has attained 21% monthly performance bonus ratio in at least six months in the same performance year. The Distributor himself/herself must also be a qualified Platinum Distributor.
5. For Platinum Distributors who are eligible for Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise, a maximum of two persons in one Distributorship will be invited to attend. One of them must be the Distributorship holder. If another attendee is not a Distributorship holder, he/she must be an immediate family member aged 18 or above. Immediate family members are limited to parents or children only.
6. Monthly Personal Group PV can be counted for travel points regardless of the fulfilment of 21% monthly performance bonus.
7. “New Distributor” refers to those who join between September 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023; or those who change status from Privileged Customer to Distributor and had never been a Distributor in the past two years.
8. Personal BV of “New Distributor” includes BV of his/her direct sponsored Privileged Customers.
9. Personal BV of personally or foster sponsored “New Distributor” will generate extra travel points to his/her first Silver Producer and up upline Distributor.
10. After the end of PF2022/2023, if the extra travel points generated to the first upline Silver Producer and up Distributor cannot help him/her qualify for attending the Leadership Seminar (including by special qualification), those extra travel points will be passed up to the first upline Platinum Distributor only. If the first upline Platinum Distributor is seeking for 7 attendances or above for the Leadership Seminar, he/she will not receive the extra travel points passed up by his/her downline, and those extra travel points will not be further passed up.
11. The said extra travel points is only applicable to the qualification of Leadership Seminar in PF2022/2023.

To encourage more leaders to attend and bring their immediate family members to enjoy the five-star cruise and experience the Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise, “Mediterranean Cruise – Special Qualification” is now available. Details are as follows:

Special Qualification

1.Q7 Companion Program

Platinum Distributors who attain Q7 or above in PF2022/2023 can enjoy a special offer of HK$18,000 for the first attendee and HK$30,000 for the second attendee to join the Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise if they meet the following qualifications (The fee only includes the expenses of the Mediterranean Cruise and local itinerary. Round-trip air tickets, travel insurance and visas need to be arranged at their own expense).

Target: Q7 or above qualified Platinum Distributors

Qualifications:

(1)Qualified Platinum Distributors who attain Q7 or above in PF2022/2023; and

(2)Personal Group Growth Incentive (growth multiplier) Recipients of PF2022/2023.

i) Founders Platinum Distributors who attain Q12 in PF2021/2022 must re-qualify for Q12 performance in PF2022/2023 and the total number of Silver Producer month by personally or foster sponsored groups have increased by 1 or above compared to PF2021/2022.

2.Excellent Performer Selections

Distributors who meet the following qualifications can enjoy Excellent Performer Selections of the Mediterranean Cruise. You can bring your immediate family members to attend at a special price or stay for an extra two days (3 days and 2 nights) before or after the Mediterranean Cruise^#.

Selection 1: Special Price for Immediate Family Members

Pay a special price of HK$18,000^Note2&3 for the first immediate family member and HK$30,000^Note2&3 for the second immediate family member to join the Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise (The fee only includes the expenses of the Mediterranean Cruise and local itinerary. Round-trip air tickets, travel insurance and visas need to be arranged at their own expense); or

Selection 2: 3 Days and 2 Nights Extended Trip

Stay for an extra two days (3 days and 2 nights) before or after the Mediterranean Cruise for free^#.

Target: Distributors who qualify for Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise with regular travel points in PF2022/2023 (excluding extra travel points)

^#The extended trip will be held before or after the Mediterranean Cruise depending on the actual situation. The specific itinerary and time are subject to the company’s announcement. Amway Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision of the itinerary.

A.Distributors seeking 1-3 attendances of Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise in PF2022/2023

(1) The actual regular travel points to be obtained in PF2022/2023 increase by 40,000 compared to regular travel points required in PF2022/2023 or actual regular travel points obtained in PF2021/2022 (whichever is higher).

(2) Travel points obtained from qualified Silver Producer months between June to August 2022 can be counted for travel points required under the Excellent Performer Selections. The maximum travel points can be counted is 35,000. Ratio is as follows:

Example 1

Platinum Distributor A seeks for first time attendance of Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise in PF2022/2023. The performance of A between June and August 2022 is as follows:

^#(a) Calculation will be based on actual regular travel points in PF2021/2022 or (b) Travel points required for attendance in PF2022/2023, whichever is higher.

Example 2

Platinum Distributor B seeks for the third time attendance of Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise in PF2022/2023. The performance of B between June and August 2022 is as follows:

^#(a) Calculation will be based on actual regular travel points in PF2021/2022 or (b) Travel points required for attendance in PF2022/2023, whichever is higher.

B.Distributors seeking 4 attendances or above of Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise in PF2022/2023

(1) Qualify for 4 attendances or above of Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise in PF2022/2023 with regular travel points (excluding extra travel points); and

(2) At least one downline Platinum group meets the qualification of 1-3 attendances of Excellent Performer Selections (downline Platinum group which meets the qualification of 1-3 attendances of Excellent Performer Selections will be counted towards the first upline Platinum Distributor who qualify for 4 attendances or above with regular travel points); and

(3) Obtain qualified Silver Producer months in June, July and August 2022; and

(4) Obtain 72,000 Ruby Volume in PF2022/2023; and

(5) Frontline Growth Incentive Recipients of PF2022/2023.

Extraordinary Mediterranean Cruise is unforgettable. Amway Hong Kong launches “Diamond Seed Program” this year, allowing qualified Emerald and up Distributors to stay for an extra two days (3 days and 2 nights in total) before or after the Mediterranean Cruise to enjoy a different Amway travel pleasures.

Qualification 1:

Target: New Emerald Direct Distributors of PF2022/2023 who meet the following qualifications:

1. Qualified new Emerald Direct Distributors of PF2022/2023; and
2. Emerald Bonus Recipients of PF2022/2023; and
3. Compared with PF2021/2022, the total number of qualified Sliver Producer months by personally or foster sponsored Q6 or above downline groups increase by 3 months with a total of 21 or above (only one qualified Sliver Producer month will be counted in one group); and
4. Frontline Growth Incentive Recipients of PF2022/2023.

Qualification 2:

Target: Qualified Emerald and up Direct Distributors of PF2022/2023 who meet the following qualifications:

1. Emerald Bonus Recipients of PF2022/2023; and
2. Compared with PF2021/2022, the total number of qualified Sliver Producer months by personally or foster sponsored Q6 or above downline groups increase by 6 months with a total of 30 or above (only one qualified Sliver Producer month will be counted in one group); and
3. Frontline Growth Incentive Recipients of PF2022/2023.

Qualification 3:

Target: Qualified Global Award leaders (GAR) on PF2022/2023 who meet the following qualifications:

1. Diamond Bonus Recipients of PF2022/2023; and
2. Obtain 10 local QC or above in PF2022/2023; and
3. Frontline Growth Incentive recipients of PF2022/2023; and
4. New Executive Diamond and up Direct Distributors of PF2022/2023; or
5. Executive Diamond and up Direct Distributors of PF2022/2023 who have increased 3 local QC or more in PF2022/2023 compared to PF2021/2022.

Notes:

1. For qualifiers of “Diamond Achievers”, a maximum of two persons in one Distributorship will be invited to attend. One of them must be the Distributorship holder. If another attendee is not a Distributorship holder, he/she must be an immediate family member aged 18 or above. Immediate family members are limited to parents or children only.
2. Attain 10 or 11 qualified Silver Producer months with annual total PV (VE) of 144,000 or attain 10 or 11 months with an annual Personal Group PV (GPV) of 120,000 in PF2021/2022 and PF2022/2023 equals to the performance of Founders Platinum. However, the qualified Silver Producer months counted for upline Distributors are still based on the actual number of qualified Silver Producer months, i.e. Q10 or Q11.
   

Immediate Family Companion Program:

To allow Distributors to share the outstanding achievements of Amway business with their family and celebrate the glorious moment, Amway Hong Kong made a special arrangement to allow Distributors who are eligible to attend the Leadership Seminar to pay HK$40,000 per person to bring up to 2 immediate family members to join. The relevant rules and notes are as follows:

1. Each qualified Distributorship can bring up to 2 immediate family members to join (excluding qualifiers of Excellent Performer Selections). Immediate family members are limited to parents or children only.
2. The fee of HK$40,000 per person includes the Mediterranean Cruise, local itinerary, accommodation and sightseeing. Immediate family members are required to arrange round-trip air tickets, travel insurance and visas at their own expense.
3. The company will arrange accommodation according to the cabin/room availability and the number of immediate family members present. Immediate family members of the same gender but with different Distributorships may be arranged to share the inside cabin of 2 to 3 people.

Summary of attendance fees

Notes:

1. Qualified attendees must be Platinum Distributors of PF2022/2023.
2. The cost of self-financed attendees of “PF2022/2023 Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise” qualified with “Special Qualification” of “Q7 Companion Program”, “Excellent Performer Selections” and “Immediate Family Companion Program” does not include the round-trip air tickets between Hong Kong and Europe. Each eligible Platinum Distributor and his/her immediate family members are required to arrange round-trip air tickets to Hong Kong and Europe, transportation to and from the assembly/disbandment location, travel insurance and tourist visas at their own expense and on their own.
3. For self-financed attendees of “PF2022/2023 Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise” qualified with “Special Qualification” of “Q7 Companion Program”, “Excellent Performer Selections” and “Immediate Family Companion Program”, the company will arrange accommodation according to the cabin/room availability and the number of immediate family members present. For single Distributorships and Joint / Couple Distributorships with only one attendee, immediate family members of the same gender but with different Distributorships may be arranged to share the inside cabin of 2 to 3 people.
4. “Immediate Family Companion Program” is also applicable to qualifiers of “Q7 Companion Program”. Immediate family members are limited to parents or children only.
5. For Platinum Distributors who attend the “PF2022/2023 Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise” with qualification of “Q7 Companion Program”, a maximum of two persons in one Distributorship will be invited to attend. One of them must be the Distributorship holder. If another attendee is not a Distributorship holder, he/she must be an immediate family member aged 18 or above and pay HK$30,000 to attend with the Distributorship holder. Immediate family members are limited to parents or children only.
6. Immediate family members can pay the corresponding fee to attend the “Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise” with the Distributorship holder under the “Excellent Performer Selections - Special Price for Immediate Family Members” or the “Immediate Family Companion Program”. Immediate family members are limited to parents or children only.
7. Attendees of 3 Days and 2 Nights Extended Trip of “Diamond Seed Program” or “Excellent Performer Selections” must also attend the “Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise”.
8. Platinum Distributors who attend the “PF2022/2023 Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise” with “Special Qualification” of “Q7 Companion Program”, “Excellent Performer Selections – Extended Trip” and “Immediate Family Companion Program” must choose to attend the seminar, and cash in lieu is not available to replace travel.
9. For Platinum Distributors who attend the “PF2022/2023 Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise” with qualification of “Q7 Companion Program”, the number of attendance will not be counted.
10. Those with more than one qualified Distributorship are entitled to one travel invitation only. If they own more than one Distributorship and both Distributorships meet the requirements at the same time, only one Distributorship will be entitled to the travel award.
11. Those who qualify for new Platinum Distributor with cross-performance year performance must attain at least six qualified Silver Producer months within PF2022/2023 (September 2022 to August 2023).
12. The said extra travel points are only applicable to the qualification of “PF2022/2023 Leadership Seminar - Mediterranean Cruise”.
13. In addition to fulfilling the requirements of the award, Distributors must also demonstrate good business ethics and comply with the various requirements of the Amway Rules of Conduct.
14. If the seminar is cancelled due to force majeure factors (including but not limited to pandemic or bad weather), Platinum Distributors who are invited to attend for free, cash in lieu is not available to replace travel; Platinum Distributors or immediate family members who attend at their own expense, Amway Hong Kong reserves the right of not refunding the relevant fee or charge.
15. Amway Hong Kong reserves the right of final decisions to adjust the content of all the above items, cancel the qualification of the Distributors and the application of the family member of the Distributors, and cancel or postpone the above two seminars and related itineraries according to the market environment.
