Getaway from Hong Kong 2023 - Day 4: Business Session – Diamond & Emerald Panel Discussion

Other than sightseeing and exciting outdoor experiences, the company also prepared business meetings for participants, including two forums under the themes “Navigation" and " Breakthrough". Two groups of outstanding Diamond and Emerald leaders were invited to share their experiences.

The leaders shared the breakthroughs and growth in their Amway businesses. Four Diamond Leaders discussed how to effectively lead their teams through the three perspectives of “Mindset, Action and Goals”. "Mindset" plays a vital role in changing the way of leading a team with younger members; "Action" focuses on setting an example and laying a strong foundation, taking proactive action yet being careful to avoid getting stuck in a comfort zone; and “Goals” need to be clearly set and progress reviewed regularly with the involvement of partners throughout the process.

In addition, four Emerald Leaders shared their experiences on how to adjust their mindset and execute their plans while pursuing higher goals.

And we also enjoyed a talk from New Diamond Direct Distributors Lee Kai Yan and Fan Nei, who shared their enthusiasm for the Amway business from the stage. They persisted in pursuing excellence on the way to becoming Diamond and their strong belief ultimately led their team to success.

All of us who attended this business session gained a lot of useful insights and knowledge.
