This philosophy is not only our core value but also the foundation of our Amway business. In our early days, we were inexperienced in entrepreneurship and leadership, yet this belief served as our guiding beacon. Over the past 40 years, we have developed a step-by-step system to help partners take their first steps in developing their Amway businesses. With Amway, anyone with an entrepreneurial spirit can find opportunities, no matter their background, education, or experience. We believe this inclusivity attracts diversity and fosters innovative thinking, strengthening our team in the face of challenges. Through these efforts, we continually help partners achieve their dreams and improve their lives.

2. After over 40 years in Amway, what has been your greatest takeaway, and what drives your ongoing motivation?

We are deeply grateful for the life-changing opportunities that Amway has provided. Through this platform, we have come to appreciate the value of time and financial freedom. Unlike traditional jobs, Amway allows us to develop our business at our own pace, enabling us to live on our own terms. Amway has improved our quality of life, allowing us to provide our daughters with the best upbringing while enjoying more family time—one of our most treasured assets. Watching our daughter thrive in such an environment brings us great satisfaction. Additionally, seeing many leaders achieve their dreams through Amway inspires us further. We aim to share this positive energy with those around us, helping more people recognize Amway's potential and motivating them to seize this opportunity, ignite their dreams, and achieve success. These experiences and aspirations drive us to pursue higher goals and share this beautiful life with more people.

3. What has been your most memorable moment in your Amway journey?

We feel fortunate to have embraced Amway's opportunity for "ordinary people to succeed." One of our most exciting moments was our first meeting with Amway co-founders Rich and Jay. Their warm embrace still inspires and comforts us. I recall a leader asking Rich how to become an Emerald. Rich replied, "It's simple; just help three partners become Platinum, and you'll become an Emerald." This insight taught us that success is not just a personal achievement but is about helping others fulfill their dreams. His selflessness deeply impressed us. That moment affirmed our alignment with Amway’s philosophy and symbolized our hope and commitment to the future, motivating us to help more people succeed. Reflecting on these moments strengthens our mission and fills us with optimism for what lies ahead.

4. How do you lead by example to promote the growth and success of your team?

We are committed to establishing a long-term, sustainable business model. Rather than pressuring partners to quickly achieve performance goals, we emphasize personal character and positive thinking, focusing on fairness, integrity, and ethical business practices. To support every partner at different stages of their Amway journey, we have developed a series of training programs on topics such as weight management and nutrition. These courses enhance professional knowledge and convey Amway's core values. The training aims to improve skills and shift mindsets, equipping partners with the resources and guidance necessary for growth. We believed that each partner's success should be rooted in Amway's core values, ensuring the team continues to thrive. Amway allows us to live freely in our personal, family, and professional lives.
