The new performance year has already started. We believe every Amway Business Owner (ABO) has set clear goals and is actively planning for the year ahead. To build a strong, long-term, and sustainable Amway business, it takes more than enthusiasm and action - it also requires sharing and promoting in the right way professionally and in full compliance.
ABOs are required to always follow the Rules of Conduct when promoting Amway business opportunities or product information. It is strongly recommended to avoid being overly aggressive or using inappropriate methods that could harm one’s professional image - or even lead to unnecessary misunderstandings.
Avoid sending promotional messages to strangers. ABOs should avoid initiating private messages to strangers to introduce Amway business opportunities or products, so as not to cause annoyance or be perceived as improper promotion.
A better approach is to use “pull communication”. By consistently managing your personal platform, sharing your experience and building trust, people who are interested are willing to learn more.
Respond to inquiries appropriately. When friends, customers or followers proactively ask questions based on your sharing, ABOs should respond with suitable information and follow up accordingly - always with mutual respect and a clear understanding of others’ needs.
The essence of “pull communication” is to attract people who are interested in Amway products or its business opportunity through reading the content, building trust and your personal influence. It is not driven by sending mass messages or proactively approaching strangers. This approach helps maintain a professional image and supports long-term, stable relationships with customers and partners.
As we look ahead to the new performance year, let’s commit to the Rules of Conduct together. Let’s share Amway value with professionalism, sincerity, and responsibility - building a stronger foundation for the Amway business.
