Fresh milk 236ml

Egg 2pcs

Sugar 3tsp



Ingredient for Caramelized Sugar Ceiling

Sugar An appropriate amount



Steps

  1. Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl, add sugar and stir well.
  2. Then pour milk into the mixture and stir. Sieve the milk mixture then pour into 6 Utility Cups evenly.
  3. Place the Utility Cups onto a Utility Rack. Put in the 6L Dutch Oven and steam for 8 minutes on a low heat.
  4. Add sugar to the top and melt it using a blow torch. If you don’t have a blow torch, you can heat up an iron spoon, then pressing it against the sugar to cook it.
