Chicken breast is one of the most popular cuts of chicken. It is highly nutritious and a good source of protein, helping to support weight loss and gain muscle weight. We are going to introduce you to the easy-to-cook pan fried chicken breast with the help of iCook™ Non-Stick Frypan.

Ingredients

Chicken breast 500g

Broccoli 200g

An appropriate amount of soy sauce

An appropriate amount of oyster sauce

Cooking oil 10g

A sprinkle of black pepper

An appropriate amount of olive oil


Steps

  1. Cut the broccoli in small pieces. Slice the chicken breast and marinate them in the mixture of soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking oil, black pepper and olive oil.
