Ingredients
Ribeye steak 1pc
Olive oil 5g
Pepper 1g
Butter 30g
Thyme 1 sprig
Cherry tomato 2pcs
1 garlic
A sprinkle of sea salt
Steps
1. Pat the steak dry first. Season the steak with pepper and sea salt, then apply a thin layer of olive oil on the surface of the steak. Chop the garlic into small pieces.
2. Pre-heat the iCook™ Non-Stick Frypan on a low to medium heat. Add a little water to the frypan, if the droplet of water balls and bounces round the frypan, meaning that the frypan is at its suitable temperature. Add the steak to the frypan, cook on one side for 3 minutes, then flip the steak and cook for another 3 minutes.
3. Add in butter, garlic, cherry tomatoes and thyme.
4. Cook on the other side again for 3 more minutes. Serve.
