• The gift can be returned, provided it does not have visible wear or scratches and the original packaging must be intact.
• Returns of the gift will not be accepted under the following conditions:

1. "Let your pillow / pressure-relieving product breathe". It is normal that new products may remain odor of material, please leave it uncovered before using to allow it to air after unpackaging.
2. "Protect your new pillow”. We recommend you to use pillow protecter to protect your pillow from dust, mites, allergen and accidental spills. If fluids do soak through, use a dry towel to remove excess moisture and a damp cloth to wipe away any stains, then leave the pillow to air dry. Do not use any chemicals to clean.
3. “Durable maintenance”. You should not sit the pillow / pressure-relieving product under direct sunlight to avoid affecting the durability. Do not wash (both machine wash and dry clean).

Warranty period (from the date of receipt): one year

Sinomax Bamboo Relaxing Pillow:

Scope of warranty: Pillow: fragmented/exploded/failure to rebound after a short period of time (12 hours) of compression.

Warranty does not include:

1. For reasons such as natural wear and tear or softening over time, misuse, usage not according to the instruction manual, human damage, negligence of use (such as folding and buckling), long-term positioning and stress to the point that causes disability to rebound, or personal preference will not be covered. It is normal for the memory foam to dent due to physical pressure.
2. Pillow: Yellowing, aging or damage caused by strong light exposure, high temperature or vigorous twisting, tearing, pulling, etc., or failure to rebound due to long-term positioning and heavy pressure.
   **The pillow and inner case are not washable (including laundry or dry cleaning)**

Notes:

1. Sinomax memory foam has unique temperature-sensing particles to ensure that the product can exert its highest performance. It is recommended to use it at room temperature between 23°C and 25°C and humidity between 50% and 70%.
2. Newly opened products may have some odor from the material. This is normal and not harmful to health. The odor will gradually dissipate after a period of time, achieving the best product performance.
3. The pillow is not washable (including laundry or dry cleaning).
4. After 2-3 weeks of normal use, the temperature-sensitive particles in the memory foam will take effect, causing the color to darken and the material to soften. This is a normal phenomenon.
5. First-time users may feel uncomfortable with the unique temperature-sensing and pressure-relieving properties of Sinomax memory foam. The adaptation period generally ranges from 2-3 days to 3 weeks. Any discomfort during the adaptation period is normal.
6. If maintenance is required, customers must bring the original valid receipt issued by Amway Hong Kong stating "Sinomax Bamboo Relaxing Pillow" (including direct purchase order receipts, temporary delivery receipts or delivery notes, excluding online order receipts) and contact the Customer Service Department of Sinomax Health & Household Products Ltd.
