Qualification 1: New Silver Producer^Note¹(For those who have not achieved Silver Producer level in Performance Years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025)

Qualifiers who meet the following criteria during the qualification period will be invited for one person, free of charge. This includes a standard room (on a shared-room basis). Qualifiers are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses to the assembly point and from the dispersal point, including round-trip airfare between Hong Kong and the destination.

1. Achieve at least one qualified Silver Producer month (Q1) within the qualification period; AND
2. Accumulate 18,000 Ruby Points; AND
3. Personally or foster-sponsor 3 or more new ABOs^Note²'³.

Qualification 2: Not Achieved Q6 in PY2024/2025

Qualifiers who meet the following criteria during the qualification period will be invited for one person, free of charge. This includes a standard room (on a shared-room basis). Qualifiers are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses to the assembly point and from the dispersal point, including round-trip airfare between Hong Kong and the destination.

1. Achieve at least two qualified Silver Producer months (Q2) within the qualification period; AND
2. Accumulate 24,000 Ruby Points; AND
3. Personally or foster-sponsor 3 or more new ABOs^Note²'³.

Qualification 3: Achieved Q6-Q9 in PY2024/2025

Qualifiers who meet the following criteria during the qualification period will be invited for one person, free of charge. This includes a standard room (on a shared-room basis). Qualifiers are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses to the assembly point and from the dispersal point, including round-trip airfare between Hong Kong and the destination.

Achieve at least three qualified Silver Producer months (Q3) within the qualification period; AND

Meet ONE of the following requirements:

a) Accumulate 34,000 Ruby Points; AND

Personally or foster-sponsor 3 or more new ABOs^Note²'³;

OR

b) Accumulate 28,000 Ruby Points; AND

Personally or foster-sponsor 3 or more new ABOs^Note²'³; AND

Have at least one downline unit within their Platinum Group^Note⁴ that meets Qualification (1).

Qualification 4: Achieved Q10-Q12 in PY2024/2025

Qualifiers who meet the following criteria during the qualification period will be invited for one person at a fee of $1,000. This fee includes a standard room (on a shared-room basis). Qualifiers are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses to the assembly point and from the dispersal point, including round-trip airfare between Hong Kong and the destination.

1. Achieve at least four qualified Silver Producer months (Q4) within the qualification period; AND
2. Accumulate 28,000 Ruby Points; AND
3. Personally or foster-sponsor 3 or more new ABOs^Note²'³; AND
4. Have at least one downline unit within their Platinum Group^Note⁴ that meets Qualification (1).

1. Definition of a New Silver Producer: An ABO who has not achieved the Silver Producer level in Performance Years 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 (i.e., has not achieved any personal qualified Silver Producer months between September 2023 and August 2025).
2. Definition of a New ABO: Refers to individuals who join as an ABO between October 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026. This includes Privileged Customers who convert to an ABO during this period, but excludes Privileged Customers who joined before October 1, 2025.
3. All personally or foster-sponsored new ABOs must redeem at least one $100 coupon on or before February 28, 2026. Furthermore, these new ABOs must hold a valid ABOship at the time of reward calculation and issuance. For reinstated ABOs to be counted, the termination date of their previous ABOship must be at least 180 days prior to their reinstatement date.
4. Definition of a Platinum Group: For an ABO who qualifies as Platinum (Q6) or above in Performance Year 2024/2025 (September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025), their Platinum Group consists of their entire downline group, excluding the group of the first downline ABO who is also qualified as Platinum or above.
5. Any returned products will not be counted towards this incentive. If a product return occurs after an award has been issued and this return affects the qualifier's eligibility, Amway reserves the right to reclaim the full value of any awards already paid to the respective ABO.
6. ABOs who own more than one ABOship will only receive one invitation. If an ABO qualifies through more than one ABOship, the invitation will be granted to only one of them.
7. The invited attendee must be the ABOship holder. This is a three-day, two-night event, and the qualification includes the cost of a standard room (on a shared, double-occupancy basis). As this trip is not a travel incentive award, all qualifying ABOs, regardless of their award level, will be uniformly arranged in standard double-occupancy rooms. Each attendee is responsible for their own transportation costs to the assembly point and from the dispersal point, including round-trip airfare between Hong Kong and the destination. All ABOs must gather at the designated location on the first day of the trip and will be dismissed from a designated location on the last day.
8. Arrangements for the itinerary, meals, and accommodation may vary depending on actual circumstances. ABOs may be accommodated in different types of hotels.
9. This incentive is not part of the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan. To qualify, ABOs must meet the performance requirements and also demonstrate good business conduct and adhere to all Amway Rules of Conduct. The award is subject to verification of eligibility, and the ABO must hold a valid ABOship at the time the award is granted.
10. In the event of special incidents, including but not limited to adverse weather, protests, demonstrations, or force majeure events (such as natural disasters, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riots, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, labor disturbances, outbreak of disease, and acts or threats of terrorism), Amway (Hong Kong) reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend the incentive and make alternative arrangements at any time.
11. Amway (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right of final decision in all matters.

1/ Q: I achieved Q1 in PY 2023/2024 (PY24) but am Q0 in PY2024/2025 (PY25). Which qualification criteria should I refer to?

A: According to the rules, you should refer to the requirements for "Qualification 2".

"Qualification 1" is for "New Silver Producers," who are defined as ABOs who did not achieve any Silver Producer performance in both PY24 and PY25. Since you achieved Q1 in PY24, you do not meet the definition of a "New Silver Producer." Therefore, you should aim to qualify under "Qualification 2."

2/ Q: I am a Q10-Q12 in PY25. A downline ABO within my Platinum Group has met the requirements for "Qualification 1," but this downline has decided not to attend the trip. Do I still meet the paid attendance requirement for "Qualification 4"?

A: Yes, you still qualify.

The rule for "Qualification 4" requires that you have "at least one downline unit within their Platinum Group that meets Qualification (1)." This means that as long as your downline has fulfilled all the requirements to qualify, you have met this condition, regardless of whether they ultimately decide to attend. If you also meet the Q4, specified Ruby PV, and new ABO sponsoring requirements, you can attend for a fee of $1,000.

3/ Q: If my performance meets the requirements for both "Qualification 1" and "Qualification 2," does that mean I will receive two invitations?

A: No. You will only receive one invitation.

4/ Q: If I qualify, can my spouse pay to attend with me?

A: Due to the limited capacity at the WuXi R&D center, arrangements will be made based on availability. If circumstances permit, your spouse may be able to attend at their own expense. Please look out for the latest announcements for details and the fee.

5/ Q: Mary qualifies to attend under Qualification (1), but her FP upline has not qualified. Will Mary's qualifying status pass up to the next qualified upline?

A: No, qualifications do not pass up.
