A:In your opinion, what does “Drinking Healthy Water” mean?
J:First and foremost, I think of drinking water that is free from contaminants. I want to know that I’m putting good things into my body. I also want the water to taste good and be beneficial to my body. Water with natural minerals just tastes better and makes it easy for me to drink more water. I run marathons and have done a triathlon too. Healthy hydration before, during, and after these activities is critical to perform well and avoid injury.
A:How is the New eSpring™ “Clearly Better” than previous versions? How do you identify these areas for improvement?
J:Amway has a development process that includes a focus on human centered design. What that means is that we care about the users and how the product will fit their needs. In the case of the new eSpring™, there was a history from the previous product. One of the areas we focused on improving was the filter changing process. Different ideas were evaluated through user studies and market feedback to be confident that the new eSpring™ was better. We also want to make a leap in technology and performance so that the eSpring™ brand would remain on the leading edge in point of water treatment system. Amway had been pioneering the use of UV-C LED technology in water treatment system to deliver both performance and durability.
A:How does the New eSpring™ differentiate from other water purifiers in the market?
J:The New eSpring™ stands out in a few different ways. New eSpring™ uses Carbon and UV technology which offer some advantages over other technologies. There is no wasted water with eSpring™ and there is only 1 filter to replace. The filter is designed to last up to 1 year and the filter replacement process doesn’t need any special tools which means maintenance cost is low. With eSpring™ there is no storage tank, so customers can get on-demand, continuous treated water flow. Also, Amway focuses on scientific credibility and third-party testing to validate performance claims. There are 4 different NSF/ANSI standards that eSpring can claim (42, 53, 55, and 401). There are also over 80 Amway-only claims verified by NSF.
