• If there are quality issues with ELEEELS R7 Neck and Shoulder Massager when used under normal conditions, Yell Group Limited will only be responsible for repairing and changing parts for free.
• If ELEEELS and Yell Group Limited found that the product is damaged out of misuse, negligence or accident, or the product has been repaired, parts have been changed by technicians other than those from Yell Group Limited, this warranty will be void.
• ELEEELS and Yell Group Limited are not liable to any persons or property damage due to device failure or misuse. The maximum amount of compensation should not exceed the retail price of the product.
