- For issues regarding the device and accessories, please contact Yell Group Limited。
- If there are quality issues with ELEEELS R7 Neck and Shoulder Massager when used under normal conditions, Yell Group Limited will only be responsible for repairing and changing parts for free.
- If ELEEELS and Yell Group Limited found that the product is damaged out of misuse, negligence or accident, or the product has been repaired, parts have been changed by technicians other than those from Yell Group Limited, this warranty will be void.
- ELEEELS and Yell Group Limited are not liable to any persons or property damage due to device failure or misuse. The maximum amount of compensation should not exceed the retail price of the product.
- If the device requires maintenance, customers must bring along valid Amway Hong Kong original receipts which listed “ELEEELS R7 Neck and Shoulder Massager“ (including on-site paid orders, original receipts of delivery receipt or delivery orders, but excluding online order receipt) and visit Yell Group Limited for maintenance service.
- Terms of the warranty, product functions, specifications and service details may be changed without prior notice.
