Amway Experience Centre (AEC) and New Territories Merchandising Centre were awarded “Flagship Service Recognition” by the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) in 2023. The accredited stores were required to undergo mystery shoppers’ assessment and meet 32 service criteria. The Amway Experience Centre (AEC) and New Territories Merchandising Centre received a perfect score in 5 out of 8 service standards and ranked No.1 in "Well-Being Products" category.

Amway Hong Kong was honored to receive such award and promised to continue to work hard to provide better service and shopping experience to all customers.
