Amway Hong Kong received two annual awards from the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA), namely the "2023 Quality Service Retailer of the Year - Well-Being Products Category Award" and the "2023 Quality Trusted E-Shop".

The "Quality Service Retailer of the Year" is an annual award of the Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA), which aims to recognize the retailers with the highest scores in the overall service level during the four assessment periods of 2023, with the winners receiving high score in the three major categories of "Quality Service", "Customer Satisfaction" and "Professional Staff". The Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) provides a comprehensive and objective assessment of retail online stores. To be recognized as Quality Trusted E-Shop, online stores need to undergo a mystery shopper assessment and meet the 25 service indicators.
