PY2026/2027 New Leadership Training Program

Amway is committed to supporting Amway Business Owners (ABOs) in their continuous business development, while nurturing potential leaders to build a solid team structure and advance toward higher awards and achievements.

To further support ABOs in their leadership development journey, Amway is launching the “PY2026/2027 New Leadership Training Program”. During this Performance Year, eligible ABOs who fulfil the following qualifications will be invited to participate in a one-day field visit to the Guangzhou Product Base. Through this visit, participants will gain a deeper understanding of Amway’s product research and development, production technologies and quality management standards, and witness the strength and commitment behind Amway’s premium products. This valuable experience aims to strengthen brand confidence, broaden leadership perspectives and empower ABOs to advance toward greater achievements.
