Warm-hearted Special Arrangement: Guangzhou Product Base - Leadership Training

1. New Bronze (PY2020/21 – PY2022/23) refers to ABOs who attained Bronze status for the first time during the Performance Years 2020/21 to 2022/23 (i.e., never achieved Bronze status before September 1, 2020) and have not yet reached Silver Producer or above as of August 31, 2025.
2. New Silver Producers (PY2020/21 – PY2022/23) refers to ABOs who attained Silver Producer status for the first time during the Performance Years 2020/21 to 2022/23.
3. New Gold Producers (PY2020/21 – PY2022/23) refers to ABOs who attained Gold Producer status for the first time during the Performance Years 2020/21 to 2022/23.
4. New Platinums (PY2020/21 – PY2022/23) refers to ABOs who attained Platinum status for the first time during the Performance Years 2020/21 to 2022/23.
5. Bronze Month refers to the period from March 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026, attaining a 15% Monthly Performance Bonus level or above in any single month, and personally or foster-sponsoring at least 3 groups, each reaching a Monthly Performance Bonus level of 6% or above.
6. Eligibility (I) applies only to New Bronze from PY2020/21 to PY2022/23; it does not apply to those who were new 18% or 21% Monthly Performance Bonus earners during the same period.
7. New ABOs for Eligibility (I) refers to ABOs who joined between March 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026 (including Privileged Customers who changed status to ABO during this period, but excluding those who joined as Privileged Customers before March 1, 2026).
8. New ABOs for Eligibility (II) refers to ABOs who joined between September 1, 2025, and August 31, 2026 (including status changes from Privileged Customers during this period, excluding those who were already Privileged Customers before September 1, 2025). Specifically, the 3 personally or foster-sponsored new ABOs must join between March 1, 2026, and August 31, 2026.
9. All personally or foster-sponsored new ABOs must redeem at least one $100 Amway Welcome Coupon by September 30, 2026. For rejoined ABOs, the date of rejoining must be at least 180 days from the previous expiry/resignation. Privileged Customers must join and change status to ABO within the same qualifying period to be counted.
10. One ABO from each eligible ABOship is invited to a one-day complimentary field visit to the Guangzhou Product Base. The attendee must be the ABOship holder.
11. Attendees must have never participated in any Guangzhou training program. Those who attended the "New Bronze Leadership Training" during the pandemic are considered eligible. Each ABOship may only attend once.
12. Qualified ABOs who cannot attend will be invited to the next session, up to a maximum of two invitations. If both are missed, no cash in lieu or compensation will be provided.
13. This reward is not part of the core Amway Sales & Marketing Plan. ABOs must hold a valid ABOship at the time of issuance and must demonstrate good business ethics and comply with the Amway Rules of Conduct.
14. In the event of special circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, protests, natural disasters, war, or outbreaks), Amway Hong Kong reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the training. No cash in lieu will be provided.
15. Amway Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision.

Q1: If I achieved New GP in PY22 but reached Q0 in PY25, how is my goal calculated?

A: Your goal is based on your PY25 performance. You must achieve the higher of:

• At least 1 qualified Silver Producer month (Q); or

• A total number of Q-months not less than your PY25 total.

In this case, you need to achieve Q1 to meet the requirements.

Q2: If I achieved New GP in PY22 and reached Q2 in PY25, how is my goal calculated?

A: Based on the PY25 baseline, you must achieve the higher of 1 Q-month or your PY25 total. Therefore, you need to achieve Q2 to qualify.

Q3: I never reached New Bronze, but I was a New 18% earner in PY22. Can I join under Eligibility (I)? 

A: No. Eligibility (I) is specifically for New Bronze Producers from PY21–PY23. To qualify for the training, you would need to promote to a New 21% earner or New Silver Producer and meet the other criteria of the "New ABO Leadership Training Program" for PY2025/26.

Q4: Can my spouse/partner pay to join if I qualify?

A: Due to limited capacity at the Guangzhou Product Base, arrangements depend on actual availability. If space permits, a partner may join at their own expense. Please stay tuned for company announcements regarding fees and details.
