其實適當嘅負重阻力訓練(weight training),可以幫你練返firm啲肌肉,譬如好多人都會覺得自己手臂粗到唔見得人,其實並非係因為肥膏多,反而係因為「鬆泡泡」令人人得而誅之嘅byebye肉。
