膳食纖維雖然唔可以被人體消化吸收,但對腸道健康係好緊要!佢嘅好處包括:

✅ 預防便秘: 令糞便濕潤柔軟易於排出, 並幫腸道做運動,減少宿便
✅ 保持腸道健康:為益菌提供合適嘅生長環境,並降低壞菌生長,平衡腸道生態。
✅ 控制體重:食咗纖維豐富嘅食物,會增加飽肚感,避免過度進食。
✅ 或有助穩定血糖同膽固醇:水溶性纖維有助穩定膽固醇及減慢糖分吸收。

因為膳食纖維好鍾意吸水,所以每日要攝取不少於25 克膳食纖維之餘,要配合飲6至8杯水啊!
