首先預備以下材料😎
蛋 三隻
鮮奶 50毫升
鹽 少許
胡椒粉 少許
紐崔萊全植物蛋白質粉 2匙

做法😋
1️⃣將蛋、全植物蛋白質粉、鮮奶、鹽和胡椒粉攪拌均勻。

2️⃣取平底鑊,倒入蛋汁,煎熟捲成蛋捲狀盛盤就得架啦😍
