今年一齊開始呢 5 個簡單又實用嘅習慣:

1️⃣ 細嚼慢嚥 😋:食嘢唔好急,試吓一啖咬 20 下,幫助消化之餘,仲可以增加飽腹感,無咁易食過量!

2️⃣ 彩虹飲食 🌈:每日攝取至少 5 種唔同顏色嘅蔬果,確保吸收晒身體需要嘅各種植物營養素。

3️⃣ 戒掉睡前手機 📱:臨瞓前半小時放低電話,遠離藍光刺激,入睡更輕鬆。

4️⃣ 睡前伸展 🧘‍♀️:花幾分鐘做吓簡單伸展運動,放鬆繃緊嘅肌肉,改善睡眠品質。

5️⃣ 充足水分 💧:每日飲至少 8 杯水,維持新陳代謝,皮膚都自然靚啲!
