教練Angelica會同Jordan示範針對上半身嘅 EMOM訓練。EMOM即是「Every Minute on the Minute」,規矩係於每一分鐘完成預設的運動及次數,完成後可以抖一抖等下一分鐘開始下一組運動。

⚠️切記做啱個動作先係最緊要,千祈唔好心急!建議先睇片一次學好個動作,如果覺得教練Angelica嘅動作太難,可以跟Jordan做簡易版本。掌握好正確嘅動作之後,就可以跟住個時間做💪🏻

每星期堅持做多幾次,好快會見到成效!
