想一起身就可以空肚食早餐?不如跟名廚 Jason Robert 學下整呢款啲Bircher Museli,高纖、營養豐富又燒脂,早一晚整定一擘大眼就有得食,朝朝都可以有個好開始!

//材料 (約二人份)
燕麥片 2 杯
梨 1 個 (洗淨、刨絲)
葵花籽 1/3 杯
椰絲 ½ 杯
杏仁片 ½ 杯
植物奶 1½ 杯 (如米奶、杏仁或豆奶等)
椰子乳酪 ½ 杯
XS摩洛血橙味燒脂飲 2 包
奇亞籽 1 大匙
鮮蔓越莓 ½ 杯

//做法
1. 將燕麥片、梨絲、葵花籽、椰絲及杏仁片放入大碗內,拌勻。
2. 再倒入植物奶,拌勻。
3. 加奇亞籽及2包XS摩洛血橙味燒脂飲,繼續攪拌約20秒。
4. 用保鮮紙包好,放入雪櫃讓燕麥吸飽水分變軟,建議放過夜。
5. 翌日享用時,可加上鮮蔓越莓 。Bon Appetite!
