通常要修身首先都係話要食少啲肥嘢,但原來有啲肥嘢無我哋想像中咁差。不如睇下你平時嘅飲食,有幾多係邪惡月旨月方!

脂肪三大種類及來源:

1. 不飽和脂肪 - 可再分為單元和多元不飽和脂肪,單元不飽和脂肪能降低體內壞膽固醇水平,保持血管暢通,而多元不飽和脂肪能降低血壓及改善免疫系統功能📈

主要來自植物油🌿,如橄欖油、芥花籽油; 種子,如瓜子、松子等; 硬殼果仁,如合桃、腰果等🌰

2. 反式脂肪 - 適當攝取天然反式脂肪並不會影響健康😌 但若攝取人工反式脂肪則對身體造成壞影響,使壞膽固醇增加,同時減少好膽固醇水平、增加患上心血管疾病的風險🫀

平時食嘢要小心油物、炸物等,因為以上都係主要來源🍤🍟🍗

3. 飽和脂肪 - 容易引致血管硬化、中風、心臟病等疾病,並促進肝臟產生膽固醇❤️‍🩹

主要源自動物性脂肪,即豬油及忌廉等等🧈🥞🐷
