Amway Botanical Research Center Trip 2024

(A) Distributors who have not attained Gold Producer in PF2022/2023 and who have never attained Platinum qualification in the past ^{Note 1}

Meet the following requirements during the qualification period:

1. Attain at least one qualified Silver Producer month and one qualified Bronze Builder Incentive Structure month^{Note 2 & 3}; and
2. Personal group accumulates total sales of 280,000BV (excluding Leadership Bonus) and no less than the same period last year^{Note 4}; and
3. Personal group accumulates total sales of Nutrilite and XS products worth 180,000BV (excluding Leadership Bonus); and
4. Individual accumulates personal sales of Nutrilite and XS products worth 6,400BV^{Note 5}.

One person from each qualified Distributorship will be invited to attend at a cost of HK$1,500/MOP1,548. The attendance fee includes a standard twin room (share room). The second person from the same Distributorship can also attend at a cost of HK$4,800/MOP4,953.5. Each qualified Distributor must assemble at the designated location on the first day of the itinerary, dismiss at the designated location on the last day of the itinerary, and arrange roundtrip transportation at designated assemble/dismissal venue at their own expenses.

(B) Distributors who have never attained Emerald qualification in the past

Meet the following requirements during the qualification period:

1. Attain at least two qualified Silver Producer months; and
2. The number of qualified Silver Producer month increased by 1 or the number of qualified Silver Producer month attained by personally or foster sponsored downline group increased by 1, and both the number of qualified Silver Producer month and qualified Silver Producer month attained by personally or foster sponsored downline group are no less than the same period last year^{Note 4}; and
3. Personal group accumulates total sales of 380,000BV and no less than the same period last year^{Note 4}. BV includes:
   a. Personal group down to and excluding the downline group with 21% Monthly Performance Bonus level; and
   b. Each qualified Silver Producer or up Distributor is entitled to Leadership Bonus from his/her group’s first new Silver Producer^{Note 6}. 40% of personal group BV from the new Silver Producer will be generated as Leadership Bonus^{Note 7}. A maximum of 70,000BV will be generated as Leadership Bonus^{Note 8}; and
4. Personal group accumulates total sales of Nutrilite and XS products worth 250,000BV. BV of Nutrilite and XS products includes:
   a. Personal group down to and excluding downline group with 21% Monthly Performance Bonus level; and
   b. Each qualified Silver Producer or up Distributor is entitled to Leadership Bonus from his/her group’s first new Silver Producer^{Note 6}. 40% of personal group BV of Nutrilite and XS products from the new Silver Producer will be generated as Leadership Bonus^{Note 9}. A maximum of 45,000BV will be generated as Leadership Bonus^{Note 10}; and
5. Individual accumulates personal sales of Nutrilite and XS products worth 6,400BV^{Note 5}.

One person from each qualified Distributorship will be invited to attend at a cost of HK$800/MOP825.5. The attendance fee includes a standard twin room (share room). The second person from the same Distributorship can also attend at a cost of HK$4,800/MOP4,953.5. Each qualified Distributor must assemble at the designated location on the first day of the itinerary, dismiss at the designated location on the last day of the itinerary, and arrange roundtrip transportation at designated assemble/dismissal venue at their own expenses.

(C) Founders Platinum to non-Emerald Bonus Recipients in PF2022/2023

Meet the following requirements during the qualification period:

1. Compared to the same period last year^{Note 4}:
   a. Maintain the number of qualified Silver Producer month; and
   b. Maintain the number of qualified Silver Producer month attained by personally or foster sponsored downline group; and

2. Have at least one downline qualified with qualification (A) or (B)^{Note 11}.

One person from each qualified Distributorship will be invited to attend at a cost of HK$4,800/MOP4,953.5. The attendance fee includes a standard twin room (share room). The second person from the same Distributorship can also attend at a cost of HK$4,800/MOP4,953.5. Each qualified Distributor must assemble at the designated location on the first day of the itinerary, dismiss at the designated location on the last day of the itinerary, and arrange roundtrip transportation at designated assemble/dismissal venue at their own expenses.

(D) Emerald Bonus Recipients or above in PF2022/2023

Meet the following requirements during the qualification period:

1. Have at least one downline qualified with qualification (A) or (B)^{Note 12}.

One person from each qualified Distributorship will be invited to attend at a cost of HK$4,800/MOP4,953.5. The attendance fee includes a standard twin room (share room). The second person from the same Distributorship can also attend at a cost of HK$4,800/MOP4,953.5. Each qualified Distributor must assemble at the designated location on the first day of the itinerary, dismiss at the designated location on the last day of the itinerary, and arrange roundtrip transportation at designated assemble/dismissal venue at their own expenses.

1. The definition of Distributors who have never attained Platinum qualification is those who have not attained Platinum qualification by end of October 2023.
2. A qualified Bronze Builder Incentive Structure month is defined as Performance Bonus level is 15% or above; and at least personally or foster sponsored 3 legs who achieve 6% Performance Bonus level or above; and generate 100 Personal BV or more of that month.
3. If a Distributor has attained qualified Silver Producer month and qualified Bronze Builder Incentive Structure month in the same month, either the qualified Silver Producer month or the qualified Bronze Builder Incentive Structure month will be counted. Double counting is not applicable.
4. The same period last year refers to November 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023.
5. During the qualification period, only accumulated BV from Nutrilite and XS products of individual Distributorship will be counted.
6. The definition of new Silver Producer is Distributors who are qualified as Silver Producer within the specified period (between November 2023 and February 2024) but have not attained any qualified Silver Producer month in the past 12 months (between November 2022 and October 2023).
7. New Silver Producers and their upline Distributors with 21% Monthly Performance Bonus level can generate 40% of personal group BV in qualified month to their first Silver Producer and up Distributors as Leadership Bonus. Sales from non-new Silver Producers and in non-qualified months will not generate Leadership Bonus to upline Distributors.
8. For Distributors who seek for attendance with qualification (B), when there is more than one personally and foster sponsored new qualified Silver Producer within the group, they are entitled to 40% of personal group BV (in Q month) as Leadership Bonus from every first new Silver Producer. The maximum Leadership Bonus each qualified upline Silver Producer can receive every month is 70,000BV.
9. New Silver Producers and their upline Distributors with 21% Monthly Performance Bonus level can generate 40% of personal group BV of Nutrilite and XS products in qualified month to their first Silver Producer and up Distributors as Leadership Bonus. Sales from non-new Silver Producers and in non-qualified months will not generate Leadership Bonus to upline Distributors.
10. For Distributors who seek for attendance with qualification (B), when there is more than one personally and foster sponsored new qualified Silver Producer within the group, they are entitled to 40% of personal group BV of Nutrilite and XS products (in Q month) as Leadership Bonus from every first new Silver Producer. The maximum Leadership Bonus each qualified upline Silver Producer can receive every month is 45,000BV.
11. The qualification of the downline Distributors will pass up to the first upline qualified Founders Platinum Distributor. If the first upline qualified Founders Platinum Distributor is not qualified for the trip, the qualification will not further pass up.
12. The Emerald group of Emerald Bonus Recipient must have at least one downline Distributor qualified for the trip.
13. All invited attendees must be Distributorship holders. The qualification includes the fee for a standard twin room (share room). The above reward is not part of travel award, all attendees will be arranged to stay in standard twin room regardless of award level. Each qualified Distributor must assemble at the designated location on the first day of the itinerary, dismiss at the designated location on the last day of the itinerary, and arrange roundtrip transportation at designated assemble/dismissal venue at their own expenses.
14. All returned products are not counted towards the reward. If any products are returned after the reward is issued, and the returned amount affects the qualifications of the reward, Amway reserves the right to claim all related costs of the reward.
15. Itinerary, meals and accommodation arrangement may vary according to the actual circumstances, different types of hotels may be arranged.
16. Only BV in HKD and MOP generated in Hong Kong and Macau will be counted for the qualifications.
17. Personal Group and Accumulated Personal Sales BV are based on individual Distributorship. For Distributors who have more than one individual Distributorship, only one of those will be counted in the calculation of BV.
18. Distributors who have more than one Distributorship qualifying for the trip will only receive one invitation, and thus if Distributors have more than one Distributorship and all of them meet the qualifications, only one Distributorship will be invited.
19. The above reward is not part of the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan. Rewards will be offered upon verification. Distributors who are eligible for the above rewards must also comply with the company’s Code of Ethics.
20. In case of special accidents during the trip, including adverse weather, protests and demonstrations, force majeure events such as natural disaster, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, uprising, insurrection, riot, strike, slowdown, lockout or turmoil, outbreak of disease, terrorist acts and threats, etc. Amway Hong Kong reserves the right to modify, change, suspend reward and make other arrangements.
21. Amway Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
