1. No repair or warranty service is provided for “Amway Exclusive Luggage Strap”.

2. “American Tourister Suitcase” enjoys a 3-year global limited warranty, valid for 3 years from the date of redemption. (Please retain the original Redemption Letter and the original purchase receipt issued by Amway Hong Kong Limited for warranty purposes. Customers are advised to make a photocopy of the original purchase receipt to avoid warranty claims being rejected due to ink fading and illegible content.)

3. The product warranty is subject to the relevant terms and conditions. For details, please click here to refer to the American Tourister official online store.

No appointment is required for warranty service. Repair options are as follows: Please bring your product, the original redemption letter and the original purchase invoice issued by Amway Hong Kong Limited to the American Tourister Customer Service Centre in Lai Chi Kok.
