Highlights of The New Platinum Taiwan Training

From January 14-16, 2025, Amway Hong Kong organized a three-day, two-night "New Platinum Taiwan Training" for the new Platinums. This trip aimed to enhance their communication skills, team management abilities, and personal growth. Through thoughtful arrangements, leaders were able to learn in a joyful atmosphere while creating wonderful memories.

Day 1

On the first day, the new Platinums arrived in Taiwan and were warmly welcomed with a visit to a renowned restaurant to savor authentic local delicacies. After the meal, they headed to the Amway Experience Center in Taipei for a tour and the first day of training. Amway Taiwan's management team was present to greet the leaders and presented them with commemorative gifts, demonstrating the company's recognition and appreciation for their achievements.

The evening featured a welcoming dinner filled with delicious food and captivating magic show. The company also presented four awards: Personal New ABO Sponsor Star Performer, Personal New Privileged Customer Sponsor Star Performer, SOP Personal Sales Achiever, and Travel Award Achiever, to recognize the leaders' outstanding achievements in various fields. The dinner reached its peak with a surprise birthday celebration for those celebrating their birthdays, adding to the warmth and joy of the evening, which ended on a perfect note.

Day 2

The second day focused on enhancing leaders' business training and leadership skills. The morning session was led by an experienced trainer who shared practical and engaging techniques for coaching and motivating teams. In the afternoon, Diamond Linda Huang was invited as a guest speaker to share her Amway journey and how she overcame challenges to achieve personal breakthroughs. The leaders actively participated, asking questions and engaging in lively discussions, leaving the session feeling inspired and enriched. After the training, the company arranged a bus tour for everyone to explore Taipei's famous attractions, allowing everyone to relax and immerse themselves in the city's vibrant charm.

Day 3

On the final day, the company arranged a unique "Xiao Long Bao Workshop" where the leaders learned to make authentic Taiwanese Xiao Long Bao. From kneading the dough to filling the dumplings, the workshop was filled with laughter and fun. Following the workshop, a bus tour took the leaders to Ximending, Taipei's most dynamic shopping district, for some free time to shop and explore. This marked the perfect conclusion to an unforgettable journey.

This Taiwan trip was not only an enriching learning experience but also an opportunity for personal growth and enjoyment, reflecting Amway's full support for its ABOs. In PF2024/2025, Amway Hong Kong will once again invite new Platinums to join the "New Platinum Taiwan Training." We look forward to more new leaders reaching new heights in their careers!
