Our North Star does not shift – we align and move toward the North Star by advancing on our vision. And as we advance our vision, we very naturally land in the space of Health and Wellbeing.

Health & wellbeing has been at our core since Rich and Jay founded Amway – and much before it was trendy to eat organically or care about one’s gut health, we were building sustainable, organic farms, researching the importance of phytonutrients and so much more. Now, as we see this as a trend that continues to grow and build upon itself globally, this is our time to shine. The power of Amway is where it has always been: in the intersection between our unique business opportunity, which meshes financial wellness with a strong sense of community, and our Health & Wellbeing programs and solutions.

So what does this mean for the future? We are betting big on four core platforms for growth: Healthy Weight, Fitness, Healthy Aging and Healthy Skin. These are all encompassing, because health & wellbeing is about so much more than what you eat or even your daily fitness routine. It encompasses your mind and body, the way you view yourself, how you approach social connections, your continued growth, financial wellness and more. At its core, health and wellbeing is our core purpose.

So, how does this translate to each market and propel us towards growth and A70? Through science-backed, microbiome-based solutions that do more than just aiding or alleviating a single ailment or health concern, but instead provide holistic health & wellbeing solutions to ABOs, customers, communities of people globally.
