To comply with the privacy policy, the first-time login password of AmShop and AmwayHub for all newly joined Amway Business Owners (ABOs) and Privileged Customers will be changed to an eight-digit random code generated by the system (originally the first six digits of ID card).
Online Sign-up: A random password will be sent via email to the registered email address.
At the top of the confirmation page upon successful sign-up, new ABOs/Privileged Customers will see a reminder stating that the first-time login password has been sent, and then they can check the registered email address to receive the first-time login password.

A: If you cannot receive the first-time login password, please confirm whether you have entered or registered the correct email address and check the "Spam" or "Promotion" folder in the mailbox. In the meantime, please refresh your email inbox as there may be a delay in receipt.

Q: Upon successful offline sign-up, I cannot receive the first-time login password via SMS. What should I do?
A: Newly joined ABOs and Privileged Customers please make sure that your mobile phone number is not registered onto the Do-not-call Registers. Please try to fill in another mobile phone number that has not been registered onto the Do-not-call Registers to receive the SMS or cancel the registration in the Do-not-call Registers to receive SMS from Amway.
Q: What should I do if I cannot reset my password via "SMS Verification" or "E-mail Verification"?
A: You can submit inquiries to us by filling in the "Contact Us" form, or call the Amway Service Hotline at 2969 6300 during office hours. Office hours are from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (excluding public holidays).
