New Booking Arrangements for Health and Beauty Services Test

Starting from March 10, the booking arrangement of Health and Beauty Services Test was upgraded to a new system. The old booking procedure will be replaced by the new system at the same time. There is no need to register in advance for balloting and make a booking in centre in person, enabling you to enjoy an easy and convenient experience at anytime, anywhere.

Booking Procedure

Old Booking Procedure (Discontinued on March 10)

New Booking Procedure (Available from 10 March)

Platinum Distributors and above

  • Log in to Business Centre to check the balloting result of the month after next on 15th of the current month
  • Go to centre in person for booking confirmation and deposit making from 16th to 25th of the current month
  • After 26th of the current month, unconfirmed booking slots shall be deemed to be abandoned. The remain time slots will be opened for application for SP and Up Distributors

  • Booking can be made on the current day and within 30 days afterwards calculated from the date you log in to the system
  • Instant credit card payment available for testing services booking, including same-day testing
  • Each distributorship is entitled to make booking for each type of service once per month

Silver Producers and above

  • Applications will be accepted from 10th to 15th the current month
  • Log in to system to check the allocation result on 20th of the current month
  • On the first Saturday / Sunday after 20th of the current month, go to centre at designated time for booking confirmation and deposit making based on the allocation result
  • Unconfirmed time slots shall be deemed to be abandoned. The remain time slots will be opened for public application on the first day of the following month

  • Booking can be made on the same day and within 15 days afterwards calculated from the date you log in to the system
  • Instant credit card payment available for testing services booking, including same-day testing
  • Each distributorship is entitled to make booking for each type of service once per month

Distributors/Privileged Customers (Public booking)

  • On the 1st day of the month after next, instant booking can be made on the current date and within 3 days afterwards; first come, first served
  • Each person is entitled to make an 1-hour health test or 45-minute beauty test booking
  • No deposit required on same-day booking
  • Booking can be made on the same day and within 3 days afterwards calculated from the date you log in to the system
  • Instant credit card payment available for testing services booking, including same-day testing

Testing Service Fee

Changes payment model - from paying deposit to paying testing service fee. This helps reduce the abandon rate and utilize resources in a better way.

Test completed: Show the valid printed test coupon and reservation QR code and finish the test, and e-voucher of the same face value of the test fee will be returned to the membership of the applicant within 3 working days

Online cancellation: Tests can be cancelled online no less than 4 days before the test. An e-voucher of the same face value of the test fee will be returned to the membership of the applicant within 3 working days

*The test fee for public booking should be paid also. No e-voucher will be returned for no-show or cancellation in short notice

+No e-voucher will be returned if a valid printed test coupon is not presented

New Booking Procedure

3)Choose your preferred date and time. Confirm your choice and click the payment button



4)On the consultation date, present the “My Account” (click “My Account”>“My Consultation”) and valid printed test coupon, go to the respective location for testing

Check the status of e-coupon return


1)Select “My Account” >“Booking Management” from the menu



2)Check if the e-coupon is returned

Frequently Asked Questions

1) Q: Today is March 10. What is the available booking period if I am a Platinum Distributor?

A: You can make a booking on the current date and within 30 days afterwards, i.e. from March 10 to April 9 inclusive.

2) Q: Today is March 10. Can I make a booking on March 30 if I am a Silver Producer?

A: Silver Producer can make a booking on the current date and within 15 days afterwards, i.e. booking can be made from March 10 to 25 inclusive. If you want to take the test service on March 30, the earliest available booking date is on March 15.

3) Q: I have scheduled a Vascular Health Test on March 10. Why didn’t I schedule another Vascular Health Test booking?

A: Each distributorship is entitled to make booking of each type of service once per month. If you would like to schedule Vascular Health Test again, please schedule the booking in April. You can also schedule other types of tests in March (current month).

4) Q: Can I transfer my scheduled test?

A: Yes, please present your valid reservation QR code upon arrival. The person who presents the valid reservation QR code to our staff the earliest will count as successful check-in. An e-coupon will be issued to the account of the person who made the appointment after the text is completed. Therefore, please keep the test appointment QR Code in a safe place.

5) Q: From the test service on March 10 onwards, do I need to sign in at Centre's service counter?

A: Please sign in at Nutritionist’s or Beautician’s room instead of centre’s service counter. Please arrive on time or the test will be cancelled if you are late for more than 5 minutes. The e-voucher of the same face value of the test fee will not be returned.

6) Q: What can I do if I forget to bring the physical test coupon on the day of the test?

A: You can go to the respective location and present the reservation QR Code for testing first. Please be reminded to submit the physical test coupon at respective location within 7 days. The e-voucher of the same face value of the test fee will be returned to the membership of the applicant within 3 working.

7) Q: What is the difference between the new and current version of test coupons? Is the current version of coupon still valid?

A: Both versions of coupons are still valid. The only difference between the new and current coupon is the updated terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject the new version of coupon.

8) Q: Can I make a booking at the Centre's service counter after March 10?

A: The current booking procedure will be unavailable starting March 10. Please contact our centres’ staff or call our hotline for details if you have any questions about the current booking procedure.

Terms and Conditions of Testing

1)Testing for bone density or vascular health is not recommended for pregnant women, people who have any medical devices (e.g., pacemakers), or those who have metal devices.

2)If you are more than 5 minutes late, the test booking will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

3)The on-duty staff reserves the right to refuse the test to anyone who does not meet the requirements outlined above.

Print Test Coupon Terms and Conditions

1)This coupon is applicable to Amway Experience Centre and the New Territories Merchandising Centre only.

2)The test fee is HK$20/$40/$60. An e-voucher of the same face value will be returned after the test.

3)Arrangement of e-voucher issue.

A.Test completed: Show the valid printed test coupon and reservation QR code and finish the test, and e-voucher of the same face value of the test fee will be returned to the membership of the applicant within 3 working days. The e-voucher has no PV/BV will be provided and must be used within three months of issue.

B. Online cancellation: Tests can be cancelled online no less than 4 days before the test. An e-voucher of the same face value of the test fee will be returned to the membership of the applicant within 3 working days.

C. The test fee for walk-in booking should be paid online. No e-voucher will be returned for no-show or cancellation in short notice.

D. No e-voucher will be returned if a valid printed test coupon is not presented.

4)This coupon will be void for lateness of 5 minutes or more and the test fee will not be returned.

5)Please present this coupon and the reservation QR code to enjoy the specified service.

6)Print test coupon is for one use only and will be collected upon redemption.

7)Print test coupons cannot be redeemed for cash.

8)Replacement cannot be made for loss of print test coupon.

9)Photocopy is not accepted.

10)Amway Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of the final decision.

E-voucher Terms and Conditions

1) The e-voucher is only available to Amway Distributors and Preferred Customers.

2) E-voucher refunds:

A. HK$20 e-voucher: A HK$20 discount will be applied to any Amway product purchase of HK$20 or more made during the validity period.

B. HK$40 e-voucher: A HK$40 discount will be applied to any Amway product purchase of HK$40 or more made during the validity period.

C. HK$60 e-voucher: A HK$60 discount will be applied to any Amway product purchase of HK$60 or more made during the validity period.

D. One-time exchange to MOP, MOP 20.5 for HK$20, MOP 41.5 for HK$40, and MOP 62 for HK$60.

3) The e-voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

4) Each e-voucher can only be used once.

5) Applicable to all Hong Kong and Macau Merchandising Centres,online orders, i-pick up,and phone orders.

6) Not applicable to Standing Order Program.

7) No PV/BV will be provided.

8) Except for the standing order program, this offer may be combined with other promotional offers or coupons.
