📦Hong Kong Region New Delivery Confirmation Arrangement

Please note: Starting from April 23, 2026, the delivery service of Hong Kong region will officially adopt an electronic proof-of-delivery (e-signature) arrangement.

Recipients will only need to sign electronically on the courier’s electronic device. There will be no need to sign a paper delivery note, which will help save paper and enable electronic archiving. Recipients will still receive an A5 paper delivery note for their record, while the related proof-of-delivery will be saved electronically.

These arrangements will help simplify the proof-of-delivery process, improve delivery efficiency, and reduce paper usage.
