Higher Award & Growth Incentive Program Tracking and Review Process

25 Sep 2025

Amway is built on a tradition of ethical business standards and integrity, no one can buy a position or pin in the business. The Amway Rules of Conduct serve to ensure that every Amway Business Owner (ABO) has an equal opportunity to build a successful Amway business through a balance of sponsoring and retailing.

As part of Amway’s ongoing commitment to protect the integrity of the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan, and to provide ABOs with a fair and equitable business building environment, the “Higher Award Tracking & Verification” (HATV) process by the Global Higher Award Tracking & Verification team will continue in PY2025/2026. All incentive payments and higher award qualifications will be subject to this satisfactory tracking and review process. Amway leaders take pride in wearing the Award Pins presented by Amway because such awards and rewards are earned through their own efforts.

This process is designed to confirm that potential qualifiers have achieved requirements for business development and operating standards. In addition, Amway seeks to ensure higher award qualifiers and GIP recipients develop a balanced, sustainable and profitable business structure, as well as actively contribute to the protection and enhancement of the reputation of Amway and Amway Business Owner.

For higher award qualification, Amway will only recognize true business growth and thus, will not necessarily grant automatic recognition based solely on technical grounds. All new/re-qualifying Silver Producer and up should be aware of the business conditions that must be met and maintained to be eligible for the substantial cash and non-cash awards on offer. All qualifications will be subject to verification and review before any recognition is accorded. It is the ABO’s responsibility to demonstrate compliance and support of the Higher Award & GIP Review and Tracking Process.

In the verification process, key performance indicators that Amway will take into consideration include, but not limited to the following:

• An ABO must complete a minimum of three full sales months prior to achieving Silver Producer qualification.

• Stability of monthly sales during the qualification period

• Consistency of product purchase in the current month (Distribution of group average purchase time period within the month)

• No. of purchasing ABOs

• Personal point value

• Group size

• No. of Home Tech products sold in a personal group

• Returns

This review is vital to protect the interests of all ABOs and ensure adherence to the spirit of the Amway Sales and Marketing Plan and compliance with company’s Rules of Conduct. If a business does not meet the required criteria listed above, it is possible that an award contender’s assistance may be needed to answer outstanding questions, provide necessary documentation, and ensure proper completion of the award qualification. The relevant Core Plan and Core Plus bonuses and rewards may be held or denied if the matter is not addressed. Apart from the qualifications required, ABOs who are eligible for the above awards must also comply with the company’s Code of Ethics and Rules of Conduct.

For this reason, official recognition of achievements occurs only after the review has been completed and the award is formally approved by Amway. For those at the very highest achievement levels, such as new Double Diamond and above awards, the final reviews and approvals occur with Amway senior management at World Headquarters in Ada, Michigan.

Starting from January 2018, Amway Hong Kong has improved the verification system along with global affiliates, to help assess whether all ABOs have met Silver Producer Month Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Details are as follows:

1. If a ABO’s“To-Be-Verified Silver Producer Month”does not meet any one or more KPIs, the “Silver Producer qualification”of that month will be preliminarily assessed as “Not Qualified”;

2. Based on the above conditions, ABOs will be notified by Amway within 30 days via email or written mail, which they have to provide supplementary materials for assessment;

3. If supplementary materials cannot be provided within 30 days from the notification date, the Silver Producer Month will not be recognized, and Amway will not re-evaluate that Silver Producer qualification.

We hope that ABO can understand that it may take up to one month or more for the final performance qualification of the award to be confirmed.

Please do not announce the performance of any high award unless they have received a formal confirmation notice from Amway. Amway Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision on all awards.
