The Amway Core Plus discretionary incentives program of PF2022/2023 will launch optimization plan to strengthen the Core Plan, help business owners start earning more from their first sale, and help sponsors to grow and receive more early income. Leaders can earn more with sustainable growth and a balance of width and depth.
The PV/BV ratio of Amway Hong Kong in PF2022/2023 remains at 1:16. The required volume for a qualifying Silver Producer will be 10,000PV or BV HK$160,000. The Monthly Performance Bonus Schedule is as follows:

Period: From the month the new Distributor joins or changes status from Privileged Customer until the end of the next performance year; the collection period is not less than 12 full business months

Eligibility: First-time Bronze Builder Incentive recipients
In PF2022/2023, a new monthly bonus - Performance Plus Incentive - of the Core Plus Programme will be launched to encourage Distributors to build a strong personal group, laying a successful and healthy foundation for your Amway business and earning additional bonuses. Performance Plus Incentive will lead you to the more attractive Ruby Bonus of the Core Plan.
Target: All Distributors
Eligibility:
1. Attain qualified Silver Producer month of that monthNote 1; and
2. Ruby Volume is 10,001 or above of that month
Bonus Amount and Calculation Method:
Qualifiers will receive 1% Ruby BV of that month as “Performance Plus Incentive”.
Notes:
Personal Group Growth Incentive rewards Silver Producer and up Distributors who strive to drive business growth. Details of Personal Group Growth Incentive in PF2022/2023 are as follows:
Target: Qualified Silver Producer and up Distributors in PF2022/2023
Eligibility:
1. Distributors who are qualified for Silver Producer or above in PF2022/2023; and
2. Have increased or maintained their total Personal Qs (PQ) over the PF2021/2022 baseline and earned the required Ruby Volume. (See below table)
Bonus Amount and Calculation Method:
【New】(1) PQ1-PQ6 Qualifiers
Bonus amount is based on designated bonus ratio of Monthly Performance Bonus earned by Distributors during PQ months in PF2022/2023.
【New】(2) PQ7-PQ12 Qualifiers
Bonus amount is based on designated bonus ratio of annual Monthly Performance Bonuses earned by Distributors in PF2022/2023.

1. Qualified PQ months should be in line with the corresponding Ruby Volume stated in above table during the performance year. If qualified PQ months cannot meet the corresponding Ruby Volume required, the number of qualified PQ months will be counted based on the lower Ruby Volume required level.
2. Baseline of qualified Silver Producer months in PF2022/2023 (equals to PQ months of PF2021/2022) will be calculated based on new Ruby Volume requirement (see above table).
3. Required Ruby Volume is accumulated within the performance year.
4. PQ1-PQ6 qualifiers must attain the following qualifications in PF2022/2023 to receive “Business Maintained” Bonus. Bonus amount only includes Monthly Performance Bonus during PQ months in PF2022/2023. They are not eligible for “Business Growth” Bonus at the same time.
i) Maintain the same number of qualified PQ months in PF2022/2023 as in PF2021/2022; and
ii) Ruby Volume is in line with the corresponding qualified PQ months in PF2022/2023. (See above table)
5. PQ1-PQ6 qualifiers must attain the following qualifications in PF2022/2023 to receive “Business Growth” Bonus. Bonus amount only includes Monthly Performance Bonus during PQ months in PF2022/2023. They are not eligible for “Business Maintained” Bonus at the same time.
i) An increase in the number of qualified PQ months in PF2022/2023 when compared to PF2021/2022; and
ii) Ruby Volume is in line with the corresponding qualified PQ months in PF2022/2023. (See above table)
6. PQ7-PQ12 qualifiers must fulfill the following qualifications in PF2022/2023 to receive “Business Maintained” Bonus. Bonus amount includes the Monthly Performance Bonus of all months in PF2022/2023. They are not eligible for “Business Growth” Bonus at the same time.
i) Maintain the same number of qualified PQ months in PF2022/2023 as in PF2021/2022; and
ii) Accumulate at least 60,000 Ruby Volume in PF2022/2023.
7. PQ7-PQ12 qualifiers must fulfill the following qualifications in PF2022/2023 to receive “Business Growth” Bonus. Bonus amount includes the Monthly Performance Bonus of all months in PF2022/2023. They are not eligible for “Business Maintained” Bonus at the same time.
i) An increase in the number of qualified PQ months in PF2022/2023 when compared to PF2021/2022; and
ii) Accumulate at least 60,000 Ruby Volume in PF2022/2023.
8. If the PQ months attained by PQ1-PQ6 qualifiers in PF2022/2023 are less than the actual number of qualified Silver Producer months, Personal Group Growth Incentive will be calculated based on the highest Performance Bonus amount of the PQ months.
9. If the annual Ruby Volume attained by Q7-Q12 qualifiers of PF2022/2023 is less than 60,000, they will still receive the corresponding PQ1-PQ6 Personal Group Growth Incentive based on the Ruby Volume and PQ months they have attained.
10. Attaining Q10 or Q11 with an annual total PV (VE) of 144,000 or attaining Q10 or Q11 with an annual Personal Group PV (GPV) of 120,000 in PF2022/2023 is equivalent to Founders Platinum qualification, but meanwhile Ruby Volume must be no less than 60,000, then PQ months are counted based on the actual number of qualified Silver Producer months (that is PQ10 or PQ11).
11. The maximum bonus amount of Personal Group Growth Incentive for each Distributorship is HK$160,000.
12. In addition to fulfilling the requirements of the award, Distributors must also demonstrate good business ethics and comply with the various requirements of the Amway Rules of Conduct. Otherwise, the bonuses will not be issued.
13. Amway Hong Kong Ltd. reserves the right of the final decision.
Frontline Growth Incentive rewards the contribution of Founders Platinum and up Distributors in developing qualified legs. Details of Frontline Growth Incentive in PF2022/2023 are as follow:

1. Distributors who are qualified Founders Platinum and up in PF2022/2023; and

The number of Silver Producer month attained by your personally or foster sponsored downline groups in PF2022/2023 is maintained or increased compared to the average number (round down) of Silver Producer month attained by your personally or foster sponsored downline groups in PF2020/2021 and PF2021/2022 (a maximum of one Silver Producer month will be counted for each group); and
3. Have earned HK$12,000 or above annual local Leadership Bonus (local Leadership Bonus include personally sponsored Leadership Bonus and Foster Leadership Bonus, excluding International Leadership Bonus); and
【New】4. Accumulate at least 60,000 annual Ruby Volume.

Amway Hong Kong has announced that to receive the Founders Sapphire Two-Time Cash Incentive, the Distributor must have never achieved the corresponding award or above in the past. Now the company will provide the following relaxation arrangements for Emerald or above Distributors to receive the Founders Sapphire Two-Time Cash Incentive:
1) Relaxation Arrangement I
Target 1:
1. Distributors who have never re-qualified as Emerald (EBR) to Founders Diamond (FDBR) since PF2014/2015; and
2. Have never achieved Founders Sapphire in the past.
Eligibility:
First-time Founders Sapphire qualifiers can receive the first-year Two-Time Cash Incentive, and if they are eligible for the corresponding award in the next performance year, they will receive the second-year Two-Time Cash Incentive

If the qualifier has met more than one requirement in the same performance year, they can receive the bonuses accumulatively. Details are as follows:Note 11
i) Attain first-time new award through GAR at the same time or in the next two performance years, and first-time qualifier of the above-mentioned Two-Time Cash Incentive; or
ii) First-time qualifier of the above-mentioned Two-Time Cash Incentive at the same time or in the next two performance years, and attain first-time new award through GAR

In PF2022/2023, Distributors who attain new Executive Diamond and up qualification through GAR are eligible for cash awards.
Two-Time Cash Awards (TTCA) is applicable to new qualifiers through GAR and who are re-qualified in the following performance year.

The fundamental shift in FAA is taking place as a part of a global, corporate change to better align all incentive programs with the Core Plan and Amway Fundamentals. This will preserve full investment in the FAA program and redeploy to reward continued growth and sustainability for top Distributors.
The New FAA programme is designed with the following six key principles:

4. No international borders
5. Promote building solid Founders Platinum Legs
6. Encourage sustainable qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Must be a Diamond Bonus Recipient (DBR); and
2. 4 In-market Founders Platinum Groups; and
3. Obtain 20 New FAA Credits.
Width Calculation Method:
✓ Includes all in-market Founders Platinum groups of No.1 Business and Multiple Business
X Excludes non-Founders Platinum Distributors and internationally sponsored groups

The above awards are for PF2022/2023 only and they are not part of the Amway Sales & Marketing Plan. All bonuses will be issued upon verification. In addition to fulfilling the requirements of the award, Distributors must also demonstrate good business ethics and comply with the various requirements of the Amway Rules of Conduct. Otherwise, the bonuses will not be issued. Amway will comprehensively review the awards recognition procedures for all matters related to Distributors. In the event of inappropriate matters, Amway may decide not to issue part of or all of the bonuses or awards on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances of the case, the attitude of the Distributor, the motivation for behavior and other factors. If the performance is degraded or does not meet the award qualification due to the return of merchandise, the performance will be recalculated or the relevant award qualification will be cancelled, and the bonus difference must be returned. If the aforementioned recalculation of performance or revocation of award qualification affects the performance calculation or related award qualification of their Sponsors or the Line of Sponsorship, it should also be adjusted. Amway reserves the right to review, acknowledge, explain and adjust the awards, and in accordance with the needs of business development and market environment, the Core Plus Programme may be revised, cancelled or continued in the next performance year. For any changes made to the qualification, the announcement of Newsgram shall prevail. Amway Hong Kong reserves the right of final decision.
