PY2025/2026 New Leadership Training Program

Qualification:

To encourage new Amway Business Owners (ABO) in the early stages of their development to build a robust team structure and advance toward achieving Bronze, Silver Producer and higher awards. Amway has launched a dedicated training program. This incentive supports and rewards ABOs who are striving for awards by offering them with the opportunity to attend a one-day, complimentary field visit to the Guangzhou Product Base as part of the "New Leadership Training Program”.
