Two-Time Cash Incentive Bonus Payment Arrangement of PF2023/2024

For the sake of rewarding new Platinum and above Distributors in time, Amway will further optimize the business support measures in PF2023/2024. In the new performance year, Two-Time Cash Incentive of Core Plus Incentive Program will be calculated and issued in monthly basis instead of annually. Details are as follows,

Current arrangement:

Calculate and issue after the end of each performance year.

New arrangement:

- After Distributors attained the required award of Two-Time Cash Incentive, Amway will review and verify performance in the next month. Bonus will be issued in the following month of after the award is approved^Note1.

- For Distributors who qualified for Two-Time Cash Incentive during September to November, their bonuses will be issued in mid-to-late January together with the monthly bonuses for the business month of December.

Example:

Distributor A is a new Platinum Distributor in January 2024 and qualifies to receive Two-Time Cash Incentive first year Platinum incentive. The performance will be reviewed and verified in February 2024. When the award is approved, the bonus will be issued in March 2024 together with the monthly bonuses of the business month of February^Note1.
