The company has discovered that there are many products labeled as “Amway products” for sale on some auction websites and online shopping platforms recently. However, the products sold through these unauthorized channels have been found to be counterfeit. The products may be expired, improperly packaged, or even harmful.

The Consumer Council of Hong Kong pointed out earlier that some people who bought a well-known brand of nutritional supplements online found that the taste was abnormal and the packaging did not match the original product, which was confirmed to be counterfeit after testing.

Mainland media reports have revealed that some unscrupulous factories have copied the packaging of Amway products and sold them through online stores at low prices, with unknown sources of ingredients that did not match those of the original products.

Additionally, other media reported that a customer experienced skin allergy after using a skincare product purchased from an auction platform. This product was found to have come from an unauthorized channel, and its logistics and storage could not be traced.
