New ABO “800 Rewards” Program

Eligibility: New ABOs who join during the program period (including ABOs who change status from Privileged Customers during the program period). ^{Note 1}

Program Period: September 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027

All new ABOs who join or change status from Privileged Customers during the program period ^{Note 1} will receive the following rewards:

The 1st Gift: Welcome 20% Discount for New ABOs (Maximum Discount: HK$200)

New ABOs can enjoy a 20% discount on their first purchase upon joining or changing status from Privileged Customers. ^{Note 2, Note 3}
No minimum spending requirement, maximum discount amount: HK$200.
The discount will be automatically activated on the date of joining or status conversion and will remain valid for 90 days from the joining or conversion date (Applicable to in-store purchases, online orders and telephone orders).
The discount can be used once only and will be calculated on a single order.
The discount is not applicable to purchases of HomeTech products.

The 2nd Gift: Two HK$100 Welcome Product Coupons (Total Value: HK$200)

Two HK$100 Welcome Product Coupons will be issued to the ABOship on the date of joining or status conversion.
Valid for 90 days from the date of issue (Applicable to in-store purchases, online orders and telephone orders).
Each coupon can be redeemed on purchases of HK$500 or above.

The 3rd Gift: One HK$20 Online Sign-up Coupon

ABOs who join online, including those who change status from Privileged Customers online, will receive one HK$20 Online Sign-up Coupon.
The coupon will be issued to the ABOship on the date of joining or status conversion.
Valid for 90 days from the date of issue (Applicable to in-store purchases, online orders and telephone orders).
The coupon can be redeemed on purchases of HK$100 or above.

Note:

New ABOs refer to individuals who join as ABOs between September 1, 2026 and February 28, 2027, including Privileged Customers who join and change status to ABOs during the program period.
The maximum discount under the 20% Purchase Discount is HK$200, equivalent to a purchase amount of HK$1,000 or above in a single order. The discount may be used together with the HK$100 Welcome Product Coupons and HK$20 Online Sign-up Coupon within the same order. However, it cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts offered by the Marketing Department.
The 20% Purchase Discount is not applicable to HomeTech products.
If an order is subsequently cancelled or returned after a discount or coupon has been used, the related discount or coupon will not be reissued.
All rewards are valid for 90 days from the date of joining or status conversion. Unused discounts and coupons will expire automatically upon expiry and will not be reissued, extended, redeemed for cash or transferred to another ABOship.

FAQs

Q1: Who is eligible for the "New ABO 800 Rewards" Program?
A: Eligible participants must be new ABOs who satisfy one of the following conditions during the period from September 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027:

Individuals who join directly as an ABO during the program period.
Individuals who join as a Privileged Customer during the program period and successfully change status to ABO within the same period.

(Note: Privileged Customers who joined before September 1, 2026 are not eligible for the program, even if they change status to ABO during the program period.)

Q2: When can ABOs who join in July or August 2026 use the 20% Purchase Discount coupon? Is there an expiry date?

A: The 20% OFF Coupon will be issued before 12:00 PM on September 2, 2026, and can be used immediately upon issuance. The 20% OFF Coupon is valid for 90 days. ABOs are encouraged to use it early to make the most of this shopping offer.
Friendly Reminder: Purchase orders placed during July and August will not be eligible for retroactive 20% discounts. The 20% discount will be distributed as a coupon in September, and ABOs can apply it to their purchases within the validity period upon receipt.

Q3: Is there a maximum discount amount for the 20% Purchase Discount?

A: Yes. The maximum discount amount is HK$200. ABOs can enjoy the full HK$200 discount when the purchase amount reaches HK$1,000 or above in a single order.

Q4: Can the Welcome Product Coupons (HK$100 / HK$20) be used together with the 20% Purchase Discount?

A: The three offers may be used in any order and in any combination:

20% Purchase Discount*: Up to HK$1,000 of the purchase amount can enjoy 20% off, saving up to HK$200.
HK$100 coupon: One coupon can be used for every HK$500 purchase amount, up to two coupons.
HK$20 coupon: One coupon can be used for every HK$100 purchase amount.

Usage rule: Each portion of the purchase amount can only enjoy one offer and cannot be counted repeatedly. Any remaining balance that does not meet the threshold will not be eligible for coupon discount.

*The 20% Purchase Discount is not applicable to Home Tech product series.

Q5: If I joined in June 2026 or earlier, will I receive the 20% Purchase Discount coupon?

A: No. This special arrangement only applies to new ABOs who join in July or August 2026. ABOs who joined in June 2026 or earlier will continue to receive the existing welcome benefits and are not eligible for the 20% Purchase Discount coupon.

Q6: Can the 20% Purchase Discount be used on all Amway products?

A: The 20% Purchase Discount is applicable to the vast majority of Amway products. However, it is not applicable to HomeTech products, including air treatment systems, water treatment systems, QUEEN cookware and HomeTech accessories. For details, please refer to Amway Express.
