Taiwan Leadership Trip – Boosting Your Leadership Skills

Amway Hong Kong has always been committed to providing diversified training to its ABOs, aiming to improve their personal capabilities and ability to run a business and boost all aspects of their leadership skills. In PF2023/2024, Amway Hong Kong will, for the first time, invite new Platinums to travel to Taiwan to join a special 3-night-2-day training trip.

The trip to Taiwan will be a unique experience that aims to reward the hard work of our ABOs and provide them with a valuable learning opportunity overseas.

Qualifying Period:    September 2023 to August 2024

The upcoming Platinum Training Trip will provide you with a one-of-a-kind experience. In early 2025, qualified Platinums will come together at the Taiwan Experience Centre, where you will have a chance to experience the strength of Amway’s brand value at first hand. In addition to learning practical communications skills, participants will also get to know more about team management and leadership skills through carefully designed training programs.

The trip will also include sharing sessions by veteran Amway leaders who will recount their success stories and share valuable experience. This will help to enhance your personal capabilities and make it easier to realize your goal. In addition, you will have the chance to consolidate knowledge acquired through group discussions and case studies, helping you apply what you have learnt into your Amway business.

Explore Taiwan

As well as providing valuable learning and sharing sessions, the training trip will also include a short sightseeing trip to explore the traditions and culture of Taipei. You will experience the perfect blend of traditional oriental culture and modern development in this vibrant city, visiting the famous night markets to savor the mouthwatering food on offer.

This is a trip that not only recognizes your outstanding achievements in Amway, but also supports and encourages your future development in the business. We believe the training trip marks an important milestone in your Amway journey, enabling you to enjoy personal growth and create more value in your business.  It will also help to boost your determination in leading the team to achieve success.

*New leader refers to an ABO who has attained Platinum achievement in PF2023/2024 (2023 September to 2024 August) for the first time and has achieved at least 6 Silver Producer months.
