Program Period: 2024/12/1 – 2025/2/28

Eligibility: All Amway Business Owners (ABOs)

Rewards: To participate in an Empathy Enhancement Workshop led by the internationally renowned speaker, Mr. Sheng Lee.

Qualification 1 - ABOs who have not qualified for Silver Producer in PF2023/2024

1. Meet one of the following requirements during the program period; and

i. Attain 12% Performance Bonus level or above for any two months; or

ii. Attain one qualified Bronze structure month^Note1; or

iii. Attain one personal qualified Silver Producer month

2. Attain accumulated 600 Personal PV (PPV) or more^Note2; and

3. Personally or foster sponsored at least 3 (eligible for one attendee) or 6 (eligible for two attendees) new ABOs ^{Note3,4 & 8}

Qualification 2 - ABOs who have attained Silver Producer and Gold Producer qualification in PF2023/2024 ^Note5

1. Meet one of the following requirements during the program period; and

 i. Attain one qualified Bronze structure month ^Note1 and 12% Performance Bonus level or above in rest of the two months; or

ii. Attain two qualified Bronze structure months ^Note1; or

iii. Attain one personal qualified Silver Producer month

2. Attain accumulated 600 Personal PV (PPV) or more ^Note2; and

3. Personally or foster sponsored at least 3 (eligible for one attendee) or 6 (eligible for two attendees) new ABOs ^{Note3,4 & 8}

Qualification 3 - ABOs who have attained Platinum qualification in PF2023/2024 ^Note5

1. Meet one of the following requirements during the program period; and

 i. Attain one qualified Silver Producer month and 12% Performance Bonus level or above in rest of the two months; or

ii. Attain one qualified Silver Producer month and one qualified Bronze structure month ^Note1&6; or

iii. Attain two personal qualified Silver Producer months or above

2. Attain accumulated 600 Personal PV (PPV) or more ^Note2; and

3. Personally or foster sponsored at least 3 (eligible for one attendee) or 6 (eligible for two attendees) new ABOs ^{Note3,4 & 8}

Qualification 4 - ABOs who have attained Founders Platinum qualification or above in PF2023/2024

1. Attain two personal qualified Silver Producer months or above during the program period; and

2. Attain accumulated 600 Personal PV (PPV) or more ^Note2; and

3. Personally or foster sponsored at least 3 (eligible for one attendee) or 6 (eligible for two attendees) new ABOs ^{Note3,4 & 8}
